The Crispo Candied Fruit is a family history and today it’s the fourth generation leading the company. Entrepreneurs who have grown breathing and enjoying the taste of candied fruit from childhood and who have decided with tenacity, patience and devotion to pursue a dream that belonged to their grandparents before and to their parents then. A heritage which has been handed down since 1932 and which is the company distinguishing mark on the Italian candied fruit scenario.
The production process is anchored to tradition with a very accurate selection of products and long preparation times. Every year, when harvest time comes, the Crispo family visit their suppliers, personally choose the best fruit which, still fresh, reaches the company for processing. Here through hundred-year-old techniques we proceeds with the candying, operation that requires care and quiet, to facilitate the perfect union between the sugars and fruit.
